As the center of American politics and historical culture, Washington D.C. is home to a number of iconic buildings, including The White House. The St. Gregory Hotel is located just under a mile from The White House, putting travelers within easy access to one of the Nation's most famous landmarks.

If weather permits, we recommend walking from The St. Gregory Hotel to The White House. When you get to the White House, you can take pictures out front, and then head in for a tour.

Tours of The White House are free, but must be scheduled between three months and twenty-one days in advance. The tours are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Twice a year in the spring and fall, guests can take The White House Garden Tour.
