We know many of you are dreaming about your next getaway. At The St. Gregory Hotel, we’re committed to providing you with a safe and enjoyable stay through our Rest Assured™ program.
This program was created to ensure we open and operate responsibly, while carefully considering the safety guidelines laid out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local state agencies.
With our Rest Assured™ practices, we aim to meet your needs in today’s travel climate. As part of that, our associates have been thoroughly trained to implement program procedures on property. You’ll see associates wearing special pins indicating their commitment to the program and the training they’ve undergone.
Most importantly, this program is built to serve you—our guests. We’ve carefully considered your needs and preferences and adjusted our practices based on feedback and survey results.
We’re proud of what we’ve created and are happy to see that in our survey of travelers, over 90% of respondents indicated that they feel confident staying with us, given our commitment to safety through the Rest Assured™ program.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES
We know that 88% of travelers feel that social distancing measures are very or somewhat important. That’s why we’ve added signage throughout our hotels to remind guests of social distancing guidelines. We’ve also added plexiglass partitions at the front desk to improve the check in experience and are offering opportunities for contactless check in and check out.
SAFETY & CLEANING PROCEDURES
Hand sanitizer has been placed throughout our hotel (which 34% of surveyed travelers indicated they’d expect to be provided with), alongside signage mandating guests and staff members to use a face covering (the hotel is supplying reusable masks) and frequently wash their hands. All associates are also required to wear the appropriate safety gear and equipment so they can deliver top-notch service to you in the safest manner.
As part of our expanded cleaning services, we have also increased the frequency at which we clean high-touch areas throughout our public spaces and in guestrooms. Our staff uses the highest quality EPA-approved disinfectant—alongside advanced cleaning techniques that use UV light technology and HEPA filtration—to ensure our spaces remain clean and safe for you to use.
RESTAURANTS AND AMENITIES
While considering your safety, we also want to make sure you can enjoy the top-notch amenities that Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club has to offer. In order to safely provide you with the best experience, we’ve taken the following precautions throughout the hotel:
- 71% of travelers indicated they’d consider ordering room service before dining in a restaurant. With those preferences in mind, we have expanded in-room dining services and are offering additional boxed/bagged meal options.
- Chairs in the pool and beach areas have been set apart from each other to promote social distancing.
