Is there an airport nearby?

The St. Gregory Hotel is an easy commute from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, which is approximately a 15 minute drive. Dulles International Airport is a 45 minute drive from our hotel, and BWI is just under an hour away. For more information, see our directions.

 

Do you provide shuttles to the airport?

No, but we’re happy to hire cab service. You can also use D.C.’s public transit. For more information, see our directions page.

 

Is there valet parking? If so, how does the valet parking work?

We offer secure underground valet parking for $50 per night plus tax. Garage height restriction is a maximum of 6 feet, so restrictions may apply for some SUVs, which may be referred to local nearby parking spaces. For more information, see our parking and directions page.

 

What’s the best way to get around the city?

Washington, D.C. is one of America’s great walking cities. The St. Gregory Hotel, in Dupont Circle, is within easy walking distance to some of D.C.’s best restaurants and shopping, and to other sought after neighborhoods like Logan Circle and U Street. The city’s world-renowned Metro, just two blocks from The St. Gregory Hotel, connects guests to other neighborhoods and attractions like Georgetown, the National Mall, Union Station, Capitol Hill and the waterfront.

 

Is there housekeeping service?

Yes, and turndown service is available upon request.

 

What type of in-room technology can I expect?

We’re so glad to hear that! Robes, umbrellas and shaving kits may be purchased.

 

What are the normal check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3pm, and guests must check out by 12pm.

How late can we check in?

Yes, there’s daily laundry service. All clothes must be received by 9am for same-day return.

 

Do you have a shoe shine service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shoe shine services. Our concierge team can assist in making arrangements for shoe shines.

 

How do I schedule a wake-up call?

We can arrange wake-up calls. Please contact the front desk staff to arrange a time.

The St. Gregory Hotel’s 24-hour secure fitness center has been updated to provide everything you need to keep up with your fitness routine when away from home. Our fitness center includes Peloton Bikes, new elliptical machines, treadmills, and a large selection of free weights.

 

Where can I securely store my valuables?

Guest rooms include a laptop safe for storing valuables.

 

Can I send a package to the hotel?

Are there smoking rooms? And can I smoke in public spaces?

No, The St. Gregory is a smoke-free property.

 

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

The St. Gregory does not permit pets.

 

Can I leave my car in the parking garage after checking out? Will there be an additional charge?

We’re pleased to offer on-property parking to our guests. Guests must leave by 3pm on their day of check-out to avoid being charged for the next day.

 

Can a third party pay for my reservation?

Yes. These must be processed through a credit card authorization form.

 

Will my credit card be charged when I make my reservation?

Credit card charges will vary depending on rate. Please check the Terms & Conditions of the offer you are booking. Some reservations require a deposit and will be charged at the time or reservation, while others will store credit card information until check-in.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a basic 48-hour cancellation policy. Some packages may be non-refundable.

Do you have room service?

We do not offer room service. Our onsite restaurant, Tredici Enoteca, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in most bookings, but our on-property restaurant, Tredici Enoteca, serves breakfast daily. We also offer specials with breakfast included. Check them out!

 

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?

Yes. An ID or passport and credit card are required at check-in.

 

Do kids stay free?

Yes. Children under the age of 12 stay free at The St. Gregory Hotel.
